KMITL takes the responsibility for the environment and the balance- maintaining of environment and technology as the top important goals of the institute. To tackle the goal, we implement the project to develop the institute into sustainable green university.

KMITL has implemented projects and guidelines to reduce water consumption within the institute and ensure water efficiency. For example, sanitary sensors were installed in restrooms to reduce excess water waste and a wastewater reuse program to retain treated wastewater for reuse in activities that do not require much water purity, such watering lawns and trees.

Since KMITL campus covers quite a distance and consists of several buildings, KMITL Bike mission is to provide a mode of transportation that allows students and faculty members to navigate around the campus with ease while supporting the Green Campus initiative.

KMITL has a medical clinic, the service provided by KMITL medical clinic is to provide care, prevention, treatment and advice regarding taking care of own heath and local community heath.

The institute has many sports for students, staffs, and general publics from the surrounding community. The sports facilities of the institution are both free and inexpensive.

King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang has a total of 3,841 courses and 650 courses are related to sustainability. “KMITL Organic Agriculture Model” (The KMITL Organic Agriculture Model) is a course that learns about developing organic farming for sustainability. By providing knowledge related to sustainability and method of vegetable production in an organic form to help students learn how to do organic farming correctly and make a sustainable career.
