Superconductor and Diamond laboratories at Electronic Research Center, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology, Ladkrabang in Thailand are leaded by Assoc.Prof.Dr.Wisut Titiroongruang.

The Laboratory departments are Superconductor, MOIS, diamond and the others. Superconductor investigates Yttrium and Gadolinium type superconducting material. MOIS investigates the intrinsic doping for MOS. Diamond department investigates single crystal and thin films to be new electronic material. The last one investigates about IC design and other industrial applications.
