Dr. Issarachai Ngamroo received his B.Eng degree in electrical engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Bangkok, Thailand, in 1992. The recipient of the Japanese government's Monbusho Scholarship, Dr. Ngamroo continued his education at Osaka University, earning his M.Eng in 1997, and his PhD in electrical engineering in 2000. Currently, he is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at KMITL. His research interests are in the areas of power system stability, dynamics, and control.
