to the homepage of Microelectronics Devices R&D Laboratory (MDRD)
at the Research Center of Communications and Information technology,
King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. The mission of
MDRD is to conduct research in the area of analogue, mixed-signal,
and RF integrated circuits and systems, CAD algorithm, and VLSI
system design in standard CMOS technology. Current research work
emphasize on low-power high-performance circuits and systems for
portable wireless communications and telemetry applications. This
site summarizes ongoing research projects and provides basic information
on current students and recent graduates.
