| Instruction for Full Paper Submission Authors of each accepted paper are requested to submit a final camera-ready version of the paper in PDF format by June 21, 2004 through the on-line submission page. Along with the submission of a full paper, the paper abstract in machine editable form is also required as part of the submission. In preparing for a final camera-ready paper, authors are requested to comply with the conference layout, notation, and page number restriction guideline. Each paper is allowed to contains at most six pages. Up to eight pages per paper are allowed provided that the author(s) pay an extra page charge (as part of the conference registration) at US$ 30 per page. Note that for each paper, at least one of its authors must complete the conference registration by the submission deadline. Instruction for Oral Presentation
Instruction for Poster Presentation Each paper of a poster session is provided with a bulletin board on which the paper poster(s) can be displayed. The presenter of each paper is requested to be at his/her poster board during the session, to provide additional information to attendees. Authors of poster sessions are free to choose the format of their poster, provided that the total size of the poster(s) does not exceed the board size of 1 m x 2 m (W x H). It is strongly advised, however, that each poster is prepared in printed form with a sufficiently large text size.
