iDevelopers Training Course


The International College ran the iDevelopers training course, a weekend course for general audience which trains the participants on the development of applications on iOS devices (such as iPhones and iPads) from the ground up. The course was taught by the staff of the International Software Engineering program and experienced developers in the Intelligent Communication and Transportation Lab, KMITL. The course was held every weekend from 7 May to 29 May 2011 (32 hours in total). TOT Plc. and UStore by EITS were the main sponsors of this training course.

Visit to BTS and MRT


The International College organized a field trip to Bangkok Mass Transit System plc and Bangkok Metro plc in order to provide practical experiences for undergraduate students and AUN/SEED-Net students. Technical field trips are arranged at least once a year to promote collaborations between the College and the industry.

International College students and staff visited Lan Boon Temple for merit making activity. The International College is committed to support the Thai traditions and culture.

Free Thai language
classes

The International College provided free Thai language classes for foreign students. This is one of the supporting programs for foreign students studying at KMITL.

Visit to Tokai University and Toshiba Museum, Japan


Undergraduate students in the software engineering programme took a trip to Japan in November 2010. This trip was aimed at providing international experiences for the students. In addition, a field trip to the Toshiba museum and a private company in IT solutions has given working background to the students.

of Siam


To promote Thai culture and heritages, the International College organized a trip to the Museum of Siam. The trip was for undergraduate and foreign students of the International College.
