Preparation:
General: Manuscripts must be typewritten using a text processing
software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, double-spaced with
margin set-up (in page set up menu) as follows (see also the document
template):
Top Margin 1.5" Bottom Margin 1.5"
Left Margin 1.5" Right Margin 1.5"
However, the single-spaced manuscript is requested for final submission.
Good quality printouts using A4 paper size is conventionally accepted.
Format should be a single column. Time New Roman font type is required.
Font size (Pica) for various text functions are tabulated as follows:

The corresponding author should be identified (included a Fax number
and E-mail address). Full postal addresses must be given for all
co-authors.
Paper Length: Should not exceed 10 pages including figures
and tables
Spelling: American English
Abstract: Should not exceed 250 words
Keywords: Should not exceed 8 keywords
Text: Full papers are requested to use this following order
when typing
Manuscripts:
Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text (Introduction,
Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions), Acknowledgements,
References.
Short reports follow the same format as those of the full papers,
except Results and Discussion section.
Line Art Figures: Figures can be drawn using several packages
such as Win Draw, Auto CAD, Corel Draw, VISIO and etc.
Photographs: The actual size photographs are fine. However,
they can be also put into a text stream using a good-resolution
scanner. All photographs must be clear in black and white printing.
Graphs: Several
today packages can produce nice-looking and professional graph presentation.
Some also provide curve-fitting function, which is quite useful.
However, two-dimensional bar charts are preferred. All graphs must
be clear in black and white printing.
Equation and complex expressions: Math CAD, Math Writer and Equation
Editor (included in Microsoft Word) are considerably good stuffs.
Citations:
Citations in the text should be denoted by number in the square
bracket (i.e. [1], [2],…).
References: References should be numbered in the order of
appearance in the text. References must be arranged as follows:
Proceedings Papers:

Acknowledgements: It should be as brief as possible.
Proofs: Proofs
will be sent to the corresponding author and will be returned as
soon as possible. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting
errors; any others may be charged to the author. Please note that
authors are urged to check their proofs carefully before returning,
since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be guaranteed.
