Registration fees include: conference sessions, conference kit, conference dinner on 20 August 2009, and tea break & luncheons during conference days.

please complete the General Conference Registration Form and forward it to the secretariat at asialex@kmitl.ac.th by June 30, 2009.
IMPORTANT
- To qualify for Student Rate, a copy of the Student ID must be furnished.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by 30 June 2009. A 50% cancellation fee applies. No refund for cancellation after 30 June 2009.
